Description

The ASGC-K 52.7 air-screen machine is designed for pre-cleaning and primary cleaning of grain and grass seeds, removing weeds and other impurities, separating material into fractions and preparing it for conveying, drying and storage.

The machine separates straw particles, stems and leaves, dust, weed seeds and other contaminants. It is designed for cleaning cereals, pulses, groats crops and oilseeds.

Pre-cleaning and primary cleaning performance is determined by the screen set, fan power and overall throughput.

The separator is based on extensive experience in developing and manufacturing seed-cleaning machines. It retains the proven sequence of pre-air separation, screen separation and main air separation.

Cleaning capacity and quality depend on the selection of under-screen sieves. The sieve set is configured according to the customer’s technical specification.

Operating principle.
The grain material enters the intake chamber with a distribution screw that forms a wide flow. A regulating damper directs it into the aspiration chamber, where light impurities are separated by the air stream and discharged by the screw.

Advantages

All components except the motor are manufactured in-house. Galvanized or painted versions are available. Assembly uses bolted connections.

Shafts are machined along their full length with minimal runout. Discharge elements are made of wear-resistant galvanized steel suitable for food applications. Brush cleaning of the under-screens is provided.

01

In-house manufacturing

The main machine components are manufactured in-house, allowing control over fabrication and assembly quality.

02

Two-stage separation

Air and mechanical separation are combined in one machine and operate sequentially in the process line.

03

Flexible configuration

The screen set is selected according to the customer’s technical specification, crop and required cleaning quality.

04

Adjustable aspiration

Two adjustable channels allow the airflow to be tuned to the required process mode.

Design

The ASGC-K 52.7 combines an intake chamber, feeding unit, air aspiration channels, upper and lower screen decks, screen-cleaning mechanisms, product and waste screws, and a fan system.

The first aspiration channel is located after the feed screw and removes chaff and dust. The second channel is located at the machine outlet and can provide additional aspiration for chaff and dust or light seeds.

Inspection windows are integrated into the housing for aspiration control. A throttle damper on the second channel sets airflow speed, while the operator regulates channel airflow with dampers.
