The OVS-25 mobile grain-cleaning complex is designed for pre-cleaning and primary cleaning of harvested grain from cereal, groat, legume and oil crops, removing light, fine and coarse impurities.
Foreign impurities are separated by aerodynamic properties and by screen size, allowing light and coarse inclusions to be removed in sequence and the grain material to be brought to the required quality.
The cleaning process combines aspiration and screen cleaning. The machine can operate as part of a process line or independently.
Combined air and screen separation efficiently removes light, coarse and fine impurities from harvested grain.
The OVS-25 operating scheme is designed for continuous grain processing with even feeding to the screen boxes.
Airflow, inclination angle and screen configuration can be adapted to the crop and required cleaning level.
Main working units are accessible for checking screens, drives and the aspiration system without unnecessary operations.
OVS-25 can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into a post-harvest grain-processing line.
Separation by size and aerodynamic properties helps produce stable cleaned grain when operating parameters are set correctly.
Harvested grain enters the machine and is evenly distributed across the working zone. The aspiration system removes light impurities, after which the material is directed to the screen boxes.
Screen surfaces separate the product by size. Coarse impurities are discharged separately, fine fractions pass through the screens, and cleaned grain moves to the machine outlet.
Operating modes are adjusted for the crop, moisture and initial impurity content. The process layout enables sequential control of product flow and waste flow.
