
DOGMA-120/160/250
The high-performance separator is designed for pre-cleaning (receiving), primary (commercial) and secondary (main) cleaning of cereal, groat and legume seeds, technical and oil crops from light, large and small weed impurities separated by airflow and screens.

Description
The machine separates impurities and defects by aerodynamic properties using the airflow diverted by the aspiration damper and by particle dimensions (thickness and width) using screen decks installed in the screen boxes.
The material is separated into four fractions:
- large and straw impurities
- light impurities (aspiration waste)
- fine impurities and second-grade feed
- clean grain
Advantages

Design and operation
Grain enters the accumulation hopper of the aspiration system receiving chamber through the inlet and is distributed across the pre-cleaning air channel (channel I) by a vibrating distribution valve. The upward airflow carries light impurities such as dust, chaff and weed heads into the settling chamber of the waste discharge auger, which removes them from the machine.
Uniform distribution across the width is adjusted by moving the vibrating valve weight. Airflow speed in channel I is regulated by the aspiration system dampers.
Grain cleaned of light impurities enters the grain distributor, which divides the flow into 12 equal parts for DOGMA-120 and DOGMA-160 and feeds them to the upper and lower distribution covers of the screen boxes. The covers feed the grain evenly to the receiving screens of each receiving tier, three parts per tier.
