Galvanized or painted steel housing, reinforcements, removable top cover, product flow separator, discharge spout, reducer guard, service hatch and explosion relief device.
Bucket elevators for vertical grain handling between process levels. GBE elevators provide continuous product flow with gentle grain handling and are designed for modern grain cleaning, drying and storage complexes.
Bucket elevators are designed for vertical movement of bulk materials such as grain, legumes, pellets and other products. They provide accurate, continuous conveying and are used in process lines for grain processing, cleaning, storage and feed production.
The design is intended for straightforward integration with conveyors, receiving equipment, cleaners, dryers and storage systems. The configuration can be selected for the required process height and capacity.
| Parameter | GBE-M | GBE |
|---|---|---|
| Height, m | 4–23 | 4–50 |
| Capacity, t/h | 25–50 | 25–200 |
The elevator is assembled from modular units, simplifying transport, installation and future service work.
Galvanized or painted steel housing, reinforcements, removable top cover, product flow separator, discharge spout, reducer guard, service hatch and explosion relief device.
Bonfiglioli F-series geared motor. A proprietary counter-drive can be used; a variable-speed drive is available as an option.
Frequency converter and soft starter can be supplied as options for controlled starting and operating-mode adjustment.
Galvanized or painted sheet-steel sections with alignment elements and bolted connections.
Multi-layer belt with TK-200 fabric carcass, from four plies, with punched holes for bucket attachment and a belt joining kit.
Standard deep, shallow or stamped steel buckets. Polymer MASTU buckets can be supplied as an option for selected applications.
Sensors for product backup, belt misalignment and belt speed, plus an optional elevator load sensor. Explosion relief is selected according to the elevator free volume.
Housing, tension guides, chute, tension indicator, gate, PE9000 wear lining, inspection windows, service hatches and additional access points.

Simplifies transport and installation and allows individual assemblies to be improved or replaced without redesigning the whole machine.
Working geometry and belt speed can be selected for the product to reduce grain damage during vertical conveying.
The drum improves belt grip and helps reduce belt slip and product build-up.
Accessible bearing and gearbox assemblies make inspection and routine maintenance faster.
Selected internal surfaces can use PE9000 wear-resistant polymer material to reduce grain damage and sticking.
