Description
Bulava grain cleaning machines are designed for preliminary cleaning of grain and seeds received from combines or other threshing equipment, including cereals, groats crops, pulses, oilseeds and grass seeds. They remove light, large and small impurities using airflow and sieves. The separator is installed in post-harvest grain and seed processing lines, grain storage and drying complexes, as well as intake departments and grain storage and processing facilities.
- Accumulation hopper: Provides an even feed of the grain heap onto the sieve surface without damaging the incoming material and smooths cyclic feed variations.
- Aspiration chamber: The closed aspiration system provides effective separation of light impurities.
- Sieve surface: The 3 m² sieve surface provides thorough separation and high-quality cleaning at high capacity. A balanced suspended-support design minimizes vibration, while standard 740 × 990 mm sieves are convenient to replace and select.
Accumulation hopper:
Provides an even feed of the grain heap onto the sieve surface without damaging the incoming material and smooths cyclic feed variations.
Aspiration chamber:
The closed aspiration system effectively separates light impurities without creating dust in the machine room.
Sieve surface:
The balanced suspended-vibration-support design minimizes vibration and creates a shaking (stratification) effect on the grain heap, enabling effective cleaning of wet and highly contaminated material. The sieves are quick to replace and select during operation.
Advantages
- Effective separation of light impurities without dust generation inside the grain cleaning machine.
- Air channels connected to the fan.
- Constant, even grain feed across the separator width through the accumulation hopper.
- Fast and convenient replacement of sieve panels.
- Combined cleaning using sieves and airflow.
- Gentle grain handling minimizes the amount of damaged grain.
Design
Bulava is an air-and-sieve separator with an accumulation hopper, aspiration chamber and sieve surface. The airflow removes light impurities, while the sieve surfaces separate grain material by size. The design provides even feeding, low vibration and convenient maintenance.
